ENROLMENT POLICIES

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Immediate programme access is provided after successful payment.
This policy explains change-of-mind cancellation, digital-content access and the statutory remedies that remain available.

Effective 22 August 2026 • Version 1.0

PROGRAMME FEE

€4,500 one-time payment

ACCESS

Immediate digital access for 24 months

CORE POSITION

No change-of-mind refund after digital content supply begins, subject to statutory rights.

01 CORE POSITION

Programme access begins immediately after successful payment and completion of the required checkout acknowledgements.

At checkout, the purchaser must expressly request immediate supply of the digital programme during the applicable cancellation period and acknowledge the resulting loss of the change-of-mind right to cancel that digital content once supply begins.

NO CHANGE-OF-MIND REFUND AFTER IMMEDIATE DIGITAL ACCESS BEGINS

This does not remove statutory rights where content or services are faulty, unavailable or not as described.

02 BEFORE DIGITAL ACCESS BEGINS

If access has not begun and a statutory withdrawal right remains available, notify us within the applicable 14-day period. No reason is required. A valid refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

03 SERVICE ELEMENTS DURING A CANCELLATION PERIOD

The programme includes scheduled live lectures as well as digital learning content. Where a cancellation right legally applies to a service element already begun at the student’s request, the Institute may retain the proportionate value of service supplied before cancellation, as permitted by law.

04 WHEN A CHANGE-OF-MIND REFUND IS NOT PROVIDED

  • Digital curriculum access began following express request and acknowledgement.
  • The student does not begin or complete the programme.
  • The student’s availability, circumstances or professional plans change.
  • The student misses an included scheduled lecture.
  • The student’s device, connection or software does not meet stated requirements.

Each point remains subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

05 CONTENT OR SERVICES NOT IN CONFORMITY

If programme content or a service is faulty, unavailable, materially different from its description or not supplied with the required standard, contact us first. We will investigate and, where required, restore access, correct the issue, provide the service, reduce the price or issue an appropriate refund.

Nothing in this policy limits remedies available under applicable consumer law.

06 PAYMENT STATUS & DUPLICATE CHARGES

Failed, cancelled or pending payments do not activate programme access.

Verified duplicate or unauthorised charges will be corrected. Please contact us promptly with the order number and payment date.

07 LIVE LECTURES & SCHEDULE CHANGES

Lecture dates may be reasonably rescheduled with notice. Equivalent rescheduling does not by itself create a refund entitlement. A material failure to provide an included service will be addressed in accordance with the enrolment contract and applicable law.

08 CLINICAL SUPERVISION

The 20 clinical supervision sessions required for Institute accreditation are not included in the €4,500 programme fee. They are booked and billed separately and are subject to the cancellation terms supplied for that separate booking.
