Access, correct, erase, restrict, object and request portability where applicable.

01 WHO THIS POLICY COVERS

This policy covers visitors, applicants, purchasers and enrolled students using our website, WooCommerce enrolment
journey, LearnDash learning platform, events and Institute communications.

02 DATA WE COLLECT

  • Enquiries — name, email, telephone number and message.
  • Account & profile — name, email, password credentials, optional profile image, professional title, country
    and timezone.
  • Purchase & billing — billing address, order, payment status, receipt and consent records. We do not store
    complete payment-card details.
  • Learning activity — programme access, progress, completion, last lesson, saved lessons and assessments.
  • Student tools — private notes, messages, discussion posts, calendar registrations and support requests.
  • Technical data — IP address, device/browser, login/security logs and necessary cookies.

Do not submit identifiable client or patient information through public forms, discussions or ordinary messages.

03 WHY WE USE PERSONAL DATA

  • Contract – enrolment, payment, account access and programme delivery.
  • Legal Obligation – accounting, tax, fraud prevention and consumer records.
  • Legitimate Interests – security, support, service improvement and essential operational communication.
  • Consent – optional marketing, non-essential cookies or other uses where consent is required.

04 WHO RECEIVES DATA

Access is limited to authorised Institute personnel and service providers needed to operate hosting, WordPress/WooCommerce/LearnDash, payments, email delivery, Google Meet scheduling, security and support. Providers act under appropriate contractual and data-protection safeguards. International transfers, where used, must rely on a lawful transfer mechanism.

05 RETENTION & SECURITY

Data is kept only for the period needed to provide access, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. Retention periods are reviewed by data category. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

06 STUDENT NOTES, MESSAGES & LEARNING RECORDS

Lesson notes are private to the student by default. They are not shared with instructors or supervisors unless the student deliberately uses a future sharing function.

Programme progress and completion records are visible to authorised administrators for delivery and support.
